The Cambria Hotel is being sold to the largest hotel chain in the world, which will make it one of the world’s largest hotel chains.
The deal has been made public by the company’s owner, The Royal Group, which has a controlling stake in The Cabbagetown Hotel Group.
The hotel chain is one of two in Australia to have its share of a $3.2 billion project to turn the former Royal Melbourne Hospital into a hotel that is a blend of two other hotel chains, Omni and Cambria.
The Royal group is a private company that was founded in 2012.
The Cajun hotel chain, which also has a stake in the project, has previously been involved in the building of hotels in Melbourne.
It is owned by hotel developer John C. O’Sullivan, who bought the hotel chain from a Chinese conglomerate.
The purchase of The Cammas hotel was approved by the Australian government last year.
It was announced at the height of the Sydney siege when the country was on edge over a terrorist attack.
In an email to reporters, a spokeswoman for the Royal Group said the sale of The Cambria Hotel was the culmination of years of negotiations between The Royal and the Cammases group.
“This is an exceptional transaction that is complemented by the acquisition of the existing properties in the city centre, which together create an entirely new and complementary hotel concept,” the spokeswoman said.
The spokesman said the deal was worth about $3 billion.
The Cambrian hotel project, the largest project in Australian history, is the result of more than 20 years of collaboration between the Royal and Cammages group.
The plan is to create an all-new, multibillion-dollar hotel complex that will be a blend between two other Australian hotels, Omni Hotel Group and Cambrian.
The new hotel will be the second-largest in Australia after Sydney’s Omni Hotel, which opened in 2006.
The hotels will have their own distinctive design.
“We are proud of what the project will create and believe it will create a new destination for tourists and locals alike,” the spokesperson said.
“The Cambrian Hotel will have a distinctive brand, distinct brand identity and a highly distinctive, urbanised environment that is highly engaging for both visitors and locals.”
The project has been a long-time goal for the group, which was founded by Mr O’Neill in 1991.
The company was purchased by The Royal in 2012 for $3bn.
The current CEO of the Royal group, Chris Waddell, said the Cambrian project was a “hugely significant” investment for the city and a major boost to tourism.
The project will be completed in 2021 and is set to open its doors to guests in 2022.
“It is the biggest project in Australia’s history, and we are proud to be part of this project,” Mr Waddells said.
