The hotel opened in 1997 and has been a staple of the Miami beach community for decades.
The Residence is known for its beachfront accommodations, which offer comfortable beds, spacious suites, and high-end amenities.
Today, the Residence hosts over 30,000 guests per year, and the resort boasts more than 70 suites on its main floor.
