A Melbourne hotel has opened with a brand new breakfast menu which features traditional Australian breakfast classics.

The Big Sur hotel, which is a branch of The Big Star, opened in October.
The hotel offers breakfast and lunch for the price of $20, with the option to pay extra for an extra cup of coffee.
The restaurant will also offer an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet for $60.
Hotel guests can order from the restaurant’s bar and order any breakfast item from a menu of 10.
The main dining room also offers a full breakfast menu with traditional Australian favourites, including eggs, pancakes, toast, toasties, waffle cakes and breakfast sausage.
The breakfast menu includes a variety of breakfast items including pancakes and waffles and sausage sausage sausage, breakfast bacon and sausage toast.
